<p><br /> In selecting a Realtor, for the sale of a Parents house, we selected 3 Realtors to interview.</p> <p>Greg Hamre provided the most professional approach, and provided a level of personal comfort to help us through a difficult transition for our aging parent.</p> <p>He provided a realistic assessment of both the real-estate potential of the neighbourhood in general, and the prospects for this house, which had not undergone upgrades. He identified those elements which would provide a positive return on investment, and cautioned against those that would simply result in unnecessary expenditures.</p> <p>Greg recommended a sales approach, advised on how to best present the house, and provided an apppropriate pricing and marketing strategy. The House sold within the agreed sales price and time.</p> <p>We used him again to assist with the sale of a property for a friend of ours.</p>
