As a military family, we have moved around Canada and the U.S. quite extensively and have bought and sold quite a few homes. Our most recent purchase in Ottawa was our third in the past six years. All that to say, we have a fair bit of experience with housing markets and realtors and can honestly say, without hesitation, that we have dealt with none better than Greg Hamre. In a very tough market, with a severe inventory shortage and bidding wars, he really came through for us by finding us a house in the neighbourhood we really wanted, and for what we felt was a very fair price; we couldn't be happier. In all respects, Greg was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor in the Ottawa area.
