I came from the GTA and Greg is very knowledgeable of the Ottawa market as well as the GTA market as he always drew comparisons for my understanding. Greg demonstrated that his focus was not to close the transaction, but to get the right property for us. He would take us to several properties and when we think we liked one of them, he would tell us the things we may not like in this particular property. Greg quickly learned our preferences and although he took us to see any property we requested, he told us ahead of time the properties we would like and the ones we would not like. The Ottawa market was very dynamic and houses were sold in hours after they were listed, thus, we were kind of frustrated, however, Greg always assured us that he would get for us a house that we would LOVE, and indeed he did. We are very grateful to him.
