I had interviewed another agent for this listing and I could tell right away that they were not experienced in selling a home that was on well and septic. The Hamre team gave me all the help and information I needed to make the selling process as painless as possible. Greg sold this property quickly, priced fairly and was there to help when a problem came up on the purchaser's side. He's the type of person you'd want as your next door neighbor!

Even though the seller threw us a curve during the negotiation, our situation was quickly and efficiently resolved by Greg.
