I would highly recommend Greg Hamre to anyone looking for a real estate agent. Knowledgeable and very professional. I had interviewed another agent for this listing and I could tell right away that they were not experienced in selling a home that was on well and septic. The Hamre team gave me all the help and information I needed to make the selling process as painless as possible. Greg sold this property quickly, priced fairly and was there to help when a problem came up on the purchaser's side. He's the type of person you'd want as your next door neighbor!

Great experience, Greg and his family bring years of real-estate knowledge at your service. Even though the seller threw us a curve during the negotiation, our situation was quickly and efficiently resolved by Greg. In any negotiation there are high and lows, having Greg in our corner and looking out for our personal interest was vitally important to us. The experience was positive and I would strongly recommend Greg.

What we appreciated most about Greg was his honesty. He was genuine and he gave us great advice for the sale and purchase of our home. We really appreciated how he always followed up with any questions in a very timely manner and also helped put our minds at ease when activity was slow. He is also connected so we had a very reliable home inspector do the inspection and he will give us contacts for the renovations we have planned for our new place. He also was there to help with every step of the purchase of our new home. The video he made of our home was excellent and reflected the beauty of our home to potential buyers.
