When I wanted to sell my Surrey condo in the middle of the COVID19 Pandemic, I called Yuri to come and talk to me, to find out if was the time to sell and buy another condo. Yuri came over, showed me stats from sales that had been taking place and what the procedure would be for buyers to come into my condo. Before he left that night, I signed a contract to work with him again, to sell my condo and buy another. It is Yuri's knowledge of the real estate market and his patience as I tried to understand the market that makes him a good agent.
