I have known Yuriy for years and in many walks of life. He has always strived for perfectionism and has successfully accomplished that in his role as my Realtor.

We spent a LOOOOONG time looking for just the right house for us and Yuriy was with us the whole way. We had very specific expectations and were very willing to wait for the right place at the right price. We saw many houses and when we finally found THE house we sold and purchased within a month and everything went smoothly. Selling and buying a home is an experience that is teeming with stressors; however, Yuriy was patient, kind and understanding throughout the process - making it as easy as possible for us.

We were in need of finding commercial tenants for our property in Langley. We talked to Yuriy and he found one within a short time frame.

I was working with Yuriy as my listing agent on two occasions - when I was selling my home and then when I was buying a townhouse. During the sale of the house Yuriy was very helpful with advising on what kind of home repairs I need to perform to make property more attractable to the potential buyers. After renovations were done he created very nice brochures with all the info about our property. Yuriy set up several open house events on weekends and his advertisement attracted good amount of people who attended them. Finally my house was sold and we sucessfully completed the deal. After that Yuriy provided great help in finding a townhouse in the desired neighborhood and negotiated a good purchasing price. This deal also was successfully closed as planned.

Yuriy Kayda was professional and personable and a pleasure to work with for the sale of our Tsawwassen home. This was by far not our first house sale, but the first that things went as smoothly as they did with Yuriy as our agent. The presentation of our home with photographs and 3D floor plan along with the the recommendation he gave us was outstanding! The adept way that he handled the offers and final contract negotiation on our home was extremely impressive as he successfully acquired our asking price. When we first met Yuriy in 2018 when we were looking to purchase our first home. We had met with a few other realtor's and mortgage brokers but it wasn't going well with a few sour experiences. Yuriy was recommended to us by a couple that we knew so we thought we would try again. He was straightforward, and helpful from the start. We had lots of learning to do but patient with us but also made sure that we understood and helped us make some good decisions. We visited lots of different postings and he walked us through what to look for, and some of the things to consider as well searched for a place. We ended up in a great town home with a good view that has exploded with popularity and is still growing. He was there from the first to the last and we thoroughly enjoyed working with Yuriy!
