We met Yuriy about 3 years ago when we were looking to purchase our first house. Not only did he help us find the perfect starter home, Yuriy taught us what to look for when selecting a house such as location and the potential to resell in the future. When we decided to sell and find a new home in the interior, we invited Yuriy back to help us with our sale. He did an amazing job, showing us the market trends, sales within the area, past sales, as well as calculations of dollar per square foot. Yuriy guided us in dressing our house to present to potential buyers and was able to sell within a week of listing our home. He was informative, reliable and always went above and beyond. Yuriy is very friendly and personable, listens when we had questions or concerns, and would always make time for us. Although this was a business deal, Yuriy made sure that we were getting the best deal possible without trying to push the sale. When I wanted to sell my Surrey condo in the middle of the COVID19 Pandemic, I called Yuri to come and talk to me, to find out if was the time to sell and buy another condo. Yuri came over, showed me stats from sales that had been taking place and what the procedure would be for buyers to come into my condo. Before he left that night, I signed a contract to work with him again, to sell my condo and buy another. It is Yuri's knowledge of the real estate market and his patience as I tried to understand the market that makes him a good agent.
