Charming and insightful, Zamian has a very good grasp on the overall real estate market. The drone footage and visual walk-through of our listing house stimulated buyers to check the house out and Zamian was able to finesse negotiations with skillful aplomb.. Would recommend. Five stars.

Zamian is a true professional! We have used him as our realtor twice in five years and both times we were impressed with him. Buying or selling a house is a daunting and stressful experience if you don’t have the right help. Unexpected things will happen that you won’t know how to respond to, you will have questions about what your options are and what the best strategy to proceed is. There are so many steps that each require you to make important decisions. Having an experienced and capable realtor is a must if you are not an expert at buying and selling houses yourself. Working with Zamian was a joy, he has the skills and experience to help us navigate what can be a tricky process. He provided us with the answers and suggestions we needed each step of the way for us close on a deal we were very happy with. He is the only realtor I would work with.
