Zamian was a fantastic realtor who we highly recommend using. He sold our house for the price we wanted in 3 days. He saw the vision we had for the property and came up with a very on point price and plan to sell. He fights for every dollar and truly listens to what you want. We wanted to go with a realtor that has many years experience, not only during a booming real estate market but also has experience during quieter times and Zamian has that. He is creative, dedicated, reliable, personable and knows real estate. We appreciated his communication during the week before the conditions came off and his staying in touch during the process. Something else we found too be a big asset was his great reputation and connections with other agents. We are very happy and look forward to working with him the future.
