When we decided to move to the Victoria area, we didn't know any realtors. After reading many positive reviews about Zamian, we decided to get in touch with him and we were incredibly pleased we chose him to represent us in purchasing our new home. His client-centred professionalism blew us away. He was able to anticipate our needs and made the negotiation process fun and easy. We reside in Vancouver and were looking for a knowledgeable and active realtor to help us purchase a place in Sidney, B.C for our future move to the island. We actually used this 'rankmyagent' website to find a good realtor back in September. We chose Zamian based on the excellent reviews he had on this site, and he did not disappoint.
