<p>Zamian was incredible. We were first time buyers, and he was so supportive and<br /> knowledgeable. When we did find a house we wanted to put an offer on, he negotiated a<br /> price well below the listed price, and our offer was accepted. When the inspector found<br /> asbestos in the attic, Zamian somehow managed to negotiate the seller removing it and providing certificates (at a cost of 11k!). Zamian is very good at what he does, and he is also supportive and a great communicator</p>

We had two bad experiences with agents before meeting Zamian. We knew after our first home visit together that Zamian was the perfect real estate agent for our family! He is very honest, reliable and worked hard to get us our forever home in North Saanich. We knew what type of house we wanted, and Zamian worked tirelessly to find exactly that. He found us the listing and helped us to get in to see the home the day it was put on the market. This is exactly what we needed in a market where homes were selling so quickly. He was also very realistic, honest and supportive of us as we put in the offer, negotiated with the sellers, and got the home. He didn't stop there... He followed up with us once we moved in and helped us find a lawyer, mortgage broker, and home insurance. It was exactly what we needed as we were first time home buyers. Zamian, we can't thank you enough for getting us our dream home! Every detail of the home buyng experience was meticulously supported by Zamian and if we decide to buy again, we will only work with Zamian.
