Zamian is a very personable and he knows his business. I happened to choose him because he was born and raised up North and, having been up there for 40 years myself, I knew I could trust him to do what he knows best. He didn't disappoint. From the day I called him to the final closure, the total time for the sale was 5 weeks. The price was more than I expected but Zamian knew what it was worth in the market at the time, and in retrospect, I really appreciated the quick, no hassle sale.
