I'm a first time home buyer and I hired Zamian to help me with a condo purchase. He was able to dig up a property that wasn't even on the market, and I was able to get a great deal!! Highly recommend Zamian, he won't just sit on his hands and wait for properties to come on the market, he will actually work to find other options as well. I hired Zamian to sell our family home after reading reviews online. He was quick to respond to any questions, was professional and was able to secure a quick, full price sale. He was also helpful in dealing with an underground oil tank on the property, as well as subsequent oil testing etc, to satisfy insurance and mortgage companies. Would highly recommend.

Zamian is a true professional. At every step of the way toward buying our dream house he was there to help us. After five years of being a real estate nerd, constantly researching a preparing, I thought I knew everything I needed to about buying a house. Even with all my hard work there were a handful of times during the buying process that I found myself out of my element and really relied on my realtor for guidance. In these moments Zamain excelled, his experience, friendly personality, and overall competence became apparent to me, and he always came through. Even after the deal was over and I realized the sellers hadn’t keep their word on cleaning and repairs he went out of his way to help us and wasn’t happen until we were happy. <p>I hired Zamian to sell my honeymoon suite (that's what I call my two level condo) and honestly I was a little bit surprised with the professionalism and results. Full disclaimer, I met Zamian through this process but we have since become friends. Quick story: after receiving a full price, unconditional offer on my home, and 2 weeks before completion date, my hot water tank exploded and flooded my condo and the floors below. This happened at 12:30am. It was one of the scariest moments of my life, and I didn't know who else to call so of course I called my realtor! Zamian actually responded and called me back a few minutes later to calm me down and reassure me the world wasn't going to end. End of the story is that the buyer ended up backing out of the deal and after all that work Zamian did not even get paid. Through the whole process, he only worked for my best interests and was available anytime to answer questions.
