The information he provided helped us not only decide on a price point for our home, but also understand "the why" and "the how" with regard to deriving that price. He provided great attention to detail and was always quick to return emails, texts and phone calls which was instrumental in maintaining an open dialogue. We also appreciated working with his team of professionals, who helped us stage our home in preparation for the sale. This was in addition to his incentive program that offset the cost of a storage unit and moving truck that was used for the purposes of decluttering our home during the staging process. His hard work paid off and resulted in the sale of our home in Westboro in the spring of 2019 in just 17 days.
