Tom is an excellent real estate agent and perfect for buyers like myself who have little experience with buying a new home. The market in Ottawa was red hot when I was looking, but Tom was extremely patient and was always quick to make new suggestions or go with the flow when I changed my search parameters. I looked at multiple homes with Tom and he was very knowledgeable about the different areas of Ottawa. He has many connections within the Ottawa area for things like painters, inspectors, etc. He provided some great, honest advice on whether a particular home was in my price range or not and adapted his purchasing strategy to best suit the variables of each home. Overall, I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a solid realtor, especially those who would like plenty of guidance navigating a challenging market.

This is the third time I've used Tom. First was to sell my condo, then buy a home in Centrepointe, then sell that home. Each time he has been stellar. The guy is calm, caring, genuine, reliable and absolutely trustworthy. He made sure I was prepared and knew what to expect each step of the way - from preparation to negotiation to sale to closing. He provided effective advice and negotiation strategies, and anticipated and dealt with issues to make sure that the entire process for me was smooth and efficient. I also appreciated that he checked in regularly – I felt throughout that I was in good hands. I do not hesitate to recommend Tom, and I plan to trust him again with my life’s biggest purchases.

We have had Tom buy and sell a house for us on two separate occasions. Both times he provided outstanding service. He excels at navigating you through the process in a way that makes you confident and comfortable with your decisions. When we sold, he even went above and beyond to deal with particularly difficult buyers and close the sale. I will absolutely be using Tom's services again next time I buy or sell.
