I have bought and now sold a house with Tom, both phenomenal experiences. I generally don't do well in scenarios in which I'm not in control, I get anxious, etc.... That has not been the case with Tom. He has a quiet confidence about him that has you trusting his judgment. I literally said, "Tom, I trust you....tell me what you think I should do here." I listened, and came out 20 grand ahead because of it. This guy pitched in with my friends to help get my place ready for pictures, day of, in a major time crunch. I could write a novel here. But I won't lol. I'll leave it at this....if you're thinking about working with Tom, stop, and start working with him immediately.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Tom. He's very friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help at a moments notice. This is the second time we've used his services and he just keeps getting better! He offers solid advice and if he doesn't have an answer for your questions right way, he will find out the answer almost immediately. Usually (unless he's busy with his other many clients) he replies to his texts, voicemails and emails within minutes. Tom helped us both buy and sell our house. We ran into a few snags along the way, but Tom was always there to put us at ease and offer his suggestions (which paid off in a big way with the of our sale). I would absolutely recommend Toms services to any home buyers, whether new or experienced. We will be calling him again for our next house!

Tom is organised, honest and knowledgeable. When he doesn’t know an answer, he finds it. He is everything we want in a professional who partakes in a purchase with such a large financial impact. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a family man with a business mind and friendly heart.

Tom was outstanding from start and to the end of the condo being sold. His in-depth knowledge of the real estate marketplace was really helpful to us to maximize the sale price. We sold our condo mid-March 2020 (beginning of the pandemic) and closed July 2020 (mid-pandemic). He was fantastic throughout this whole process, when our nerves were getting to the best of us. Highly recommend and would use again in a flash
