Tom has been a pleasure to work with. He helped us sell our first home (a downtown condo) in Ottawa a few years back when we left the city. Now that we're returning with 3 kids in tow, we didn't hesitate to contact him again for help with purchasing a much bigger family home...truth be told, we never lost contact with him because he was such a great resourse and friend. Having recommended him to numerous friends, with great results, he just helped us close the purchase of our next home in Ottawa. Tom, we cant thank you enough for all your help, support, and encouragement through what can be an emotional rollercoaster of buying a house. We wish you nothing but continued success in the future.

Recently we were looking to make a move, and we had gone with Tom before in another successful transaction, so it was an easy choice. My wife and I have two small children, so time and scheduling were challenging. Tom helped with that. We focused on getting the old place ready for sale, while Tom took care of the rest. The sale was actually very quick, which was important to us. We appreciated Tom's experience and service level. Tom's work preparing the listing, doing the homework to set the price correctly, and bringing in leads immediately to view the home paid off in selling the house in a week. With the children, showings were a a challenge - so the quick sale was fantastic, and we also sold the home for a higher price than we expected. On the purchase Tom spent the time with us to get a feel for our requirements - the area, features, price range, etc., then set up several viewings of homes in that range. It was an efficient process and we found our dream home thanks to Tom. He negotiated a favourable deal and the whole process was smooth. We're not planning to move again (thanks to Tom, we found the perfect house!), but we will recommend Tom to anyone who is buying or selling. Just consistently very high quality service.
