My husband and I have moved at least half a dozen times and have delt with a variety of agents. Tom Sapinski, by far, has been the best of them all. He was always very approachable and pleasant, never put any pressure on us, and was always able to answer our concerns. I will always proudly recommend Tom Sapinski to anyone who should need a real estate agent.

Tom is an excellent real estate agent and perfect for buyers like myself who have little experience with buying a new home. The market in Ottawa was red hot when I was looking, but Tom was extremely patient and was always quick to make new suggestions or go with the flow when I changed my search parameters. I looked at multiple homes with Tom and he was very knowledgeable about the different areas of Ottawa. He has many connections within the Ottawa area for things like painters, inspectors, etc. He provided some great, honest advice on whether a particular home was in my price range or not and adapted his purchasing strategy to best suit the variables of each home. Overall, I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a solid realtor, especially those who would like plenty of guidance navigating a challenging market.
