Great job by Tom, kudos. I'm out of townee and reach out to Tom to find a place for my daughter-university student. And he delivered as expected maybe even above. She checked bunch of places with Tom, and describe him as: patience, each time well prepare and calm. Tom thanks again, once she's done we'll be in touch, it will be time to sell.

Tom was absolutely stellar taking care of us for the sale of an Estate home in Ottawa. He helped guide us through the process and provided valuable feedback for opportunities to maximize the sale price. As we work and live in Toronto, he went above and beyond taking care of things with the house in our absence taking pressure off of enabling to deal with a majority of the house remotely!
