Just an all around great guy. I never regret my decision to work with Tom, and I'm happy my money made its way to him.... Tom is kind, friendly, informative, a good listener, and experienced, never pushy. He's the kind of guy you'd like to have in your family. I've referred him to friends and they've had nothing but great things to say as well Jason.

Tom was fantastic throughout the whole process for us as first time home buyers! He was full of useful information and very easy to talk to and get in contact with. We would certainly ask Tom for his help were we to need a realtor again, but since he helped us find our dream home, we'll settle for sending others his way for assistance! Thank you Tom!

Working with Tom was an absolute pleasure. From day one Tom went above and beyond in all aspects of what I expect from a Relator. Some of his strengths that I found particularly impactful were: Communication: Any time I would reach out to him in any format (talk/text/email) he was incredibly fast at getting back to me. Even if he was occupied with other business he would ensure I was quickly updated to when he would be available. Professionalism: His effort to find me a property didn't change throughout the entire process. Even after a year of viewings with no success, he was just as committed to making sure I had all the information needed and he was available on short notice to investigate a property. Dedication to client: Even after the purchase was complete, Tom maintained regular communication to ensure I had comfortably made the transition to the new property. He definitely personifies the "from start to finish" type of agent, which makes the entire process much less challenging. I could go on, but I think my point is clear. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking for a top notch agent who will do his best to navigate you through the process of finding a home.

Tom is an exceptional agent. He is trustworthy and hard working in addition to having excellent understanding of different neighborhoods and their desirability in Ottawa. Because of Covid-19 we were not able to travel from US and had to purchase the property in Ottawa while being remote. W relied on Tom to show us various options via video conferencing. Tom was supper helpful and went above and beyond what is expected. He visited multiple properties and made recommendations including expected property value and selling price. With Tom's help, we were able to purchase the condo with competing bids for the unit. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be reaching out to Tom when time comes to purchase and sale in the future.

Tom is very customer-oriented. If there is any negligence in his job, he will try his best to revamp it. Tom is professional and tries to help with the customer's special needs.
