We are moving to Alberta from Ontario and were referred to Tim through a relative. We met him briefly when he arranged a home showing during a brief visit in the spring. He presented professional, genuine and humble in his approach. The fact that we purchased a home through Tim virtually since returning to Ontario speaks volumes....it was not something I would ever have imagined doing. We immediately felt comfortable with him...he made himself available, is reliable, communicates honestly and clearly and has been beyond helpful. He is clearly knowledgeable of the market and presented a reasonable and successful purchase strategy. He has assisted with the entire purchase process including a home inspection and legal transactions and we can't say enough to express our gratitude!

Honestly, I cannot say enough about how amazing Tim was. Tim Lind, was not only a good agent but he went above and beyond my expectations of helping me with my search of home. With being provinces away Tim was very patient with both my husband and myself. He understood what we really needed in a home vs a want. Tim is very blunt and tells us what the condition of the home is and not sugar coating anything. You can tell that Tim isn’t trying to sell a home but making sure his clients are happy in the home and puts himself in your shoes. Even though there’s something he doesn’t like he points it out and gives a solution and gives your options of how to over come the situation so you know ahead of time what you moving in to and expect.
