Tim just sold my house "over asking". Tim was recommended to me by our lawyer, Kurtis MacDonald. Based on that and a couple of meetings, I chose Tim. Tim turned out to be great. He knows his stuff, he's really on the ball, is an assertive negotiator, has attention to detail, he has great people skills, he has lots of patience, is a great listener and is a personable, positive and friendly guy.
