We loved working with Tim. We bought in April, back when the market was very hot. Tim did not hesitate to answer my questions at any time of the day, and always made sure he could show us homes as soon as they came on the market. We appreciated his honest advice for both pricing and our vision when it came to renovations. We would not hesitate to work with Tim again.

Tim was recommended to us by our friends and we are extremely grateful for his dedication throughout our home search experience. Living in Ontario and searching for a new home in Alberta was not as difficult as we thought. Tim was accommodating and very knowledgeable with the current real estate market. Our search spanned over many months and we did not feel pressured by Tim to settle for just any house in order to make a sale. He is honest and down to earth. You are in good hands with Tim.
