It was a pleasure working with Tim. He is very professional and yet easy going. He knows the Calgary real estate market very well and can provide many valuable recommendations. I was receiving regular email updates with new properties matching exactly my criteria. Form the very beginning we clearly defined what I was looking for and Tim didn’t waste my time showing me places not meeting my expectation. He was available on a short notice and always responsive. I have never been left without an answer even when there was no answer yet. My situation was specific, I had to work with Tim while I was overseas and we managed to find online a property that matched my criteria. We went to see the property upon my return and the whole deal with price negotiation and legal work was closed in 2 weeks. This wouldn’t be possible if Tim wouldn’t been on top of the process from a day one. I would strongly recommend Tim to everyone who is looking for the professional, honest, hardworking real estate agent.

I have written, and rewritten this a few times and truth be told there just aren’t enough kind words to describe how wonderful Tim is. My husband and I first met Tim in 2014 when we moved to Calgary. We’ve been in contact with him off and on since. We reached out to Tim at the end of March 2021 not knowing how busy the housing market was. He helped educated us every step along the way and that is more valuable than I can even begin to describe. He kept our expectations realistic, his response time is incredible and he is so well informed about everything from which communities would be best for our family to navigating an estate sale. Tim helped us sell our home in just 6 hours for 4% above asking! Tim is so easy to talk to and I honestly felt like he wanted what was best for our family. If you need a realtor it’s a no brainer… pick Tim! 11/10, 5 stars, he is the absolute best hands down! Thank you Tim for all your help, we couldn’t have done it without you.

Tim was excellent to work with as I found he was very professional and respectful, particularly during the whole Covid business. I used Tim to sell a house and I found that he came prepared with information but was also willing to take the time and recognize the "x-factor" in our home to ensure we marketed appropriately. Tim's response time, either by phone, text, or email, was quick and he was always willing to share his opinion. I would use Tim again at a future point in time to sell my home.
