As a first-time seller, we interviewed several agents and Tim was the only one to provide a written, detailed opinion on price. He answered all our questions promptly whether by phone, text or e-mail. The information he provided on getting the place ready for sale was very helpful. His professional manner, appearance and experience were very reassuring. He referred us to other contacts, e.g. a real estate lawyer. Despite the slowing, uneven market we had a deal within 2 weeks at the high end of Tim's opinion on the listing price. We were very satisfied with working with Tim.
