Tim is very easy going, never tries to push you on any decisions while still offering his advice. Good communication and very flexible in offering his time. After the sale still followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly.

As a first time home buyer Tim took the extra time to explain things in great detail to me and to make sure I was comfortable moving forward with the purchase of my new home. He asked my builder important questions on my behalf and was never "pushy" when it came to making a decision on my home. He is patient and takes his time to understand what it is that you are looking for. He will help you limit the homes that you look at to the ones that meet your criteria and he doesn't waste your time looking at homes that are not within your price range, desired criteria or area you are not interested in living in. However, if you are unsure about what you want he will ask the right questions to start to narrow things down so that it is not so overwhelming. I have referred many of my friends and clients to Tim over the years and the feedback I get is consistent.
