Honestly, I cannot say enough about how amazing Tim was. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale of my house, he also made me feel like I was his only client by being so engaged throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful and because of Tim's guidance and honesty, this process was smooth and I felt confident in all the decisions that were made. I feel anyone who has the privilege of working with him is very fortunate.

Tim made our relocation from Toronto to Calgary very smooth. He assisted us and helped us manage this challenging transition in the best possible way. That was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend his services and expertise to all.

Tim Lind, was not only a good agent but he went above and beyond my expectations of helping me with my search of home. With being provinces away Tim was very patient with both my husband and myself. He understood what we really needed in a home vs a want. Tim is very blunt and tells us what the condition of the home is and not sugar coating anything. You can tell that Tim isn’t trying to sell a home but making sure his clients are happy in the home and puts himself in your shoes. Even though there’s something he doesn’t like he points it out and gives a solution and gives your options of how to over come the situation so you know ahead of time what you moving in to and expect.
