What only 4.95 out of 5.00! I feel like if you’re rating Tim less than 5 you might be the problem. All joking aside you WON’T find a better agent. I’m lucky enough to know Tim as a friend first and he has also recently sold mine and my girlfriend’s houses and has consulted me with a couple previous sales. I’ve had enough exposure to agents and sold enough places to know he is ahead of the rest. I couldn’t t ask for a better friend or an agent. He’s honest and a straight shooter, no fluff to get you through door only to disappoint you later. He actually wants what is best for you and cares! You’re just wasting your time looking beyond Tim.

If you are looking for a realtor in buying or selling a home, I would recommend Tim Lind. Beside his strong knowledge about the real state market, he is very professional in his job. Searching for a good home and buying the right home could be stressful some times but his availability and the time he spend to show the homes and his useful suggestions about different communities and homes features helped us to get the right home. Definitely Tim Lind could be one of the best options to be your realtor in buying or selling your home.
