Tim helped us buy our first home. He is extremely professional, transparent and knowledgeable. Home buying process, especially first-time, can be overwhelming; however, Tim was very patient and supportive with all our questions and procedures. He works at your pace while also providing great advice. He is highly recommended!

As first time home buyers during Covid we were very stressed and concerned that we might never find a home. Tim was very knowledgeable, patient, and honest when he helped us find our forever home. Not only could he tell right away which houses we were interested in but his predictions on selling prices, how the market was going, and what we were comfortable with were an asset to helping us through such unpredictable times. Tim is without a doubt one of the most honorable and honest people I've met in my life. Buying a house can be very overwhelming and can surely lead to a lot of sleepless nights. But with Tim on your side, you can be assured that you'll always have the best representation on your side. He was always there to answer our questions (sometimes silly ones) even at 11 pm on a Tuesday night, which says a lot about how professional he is and how seriously he takes his job.
