I wanted to sell the property so I emailed Tim. That was Day 1. We met for the first time on Day 2. Tim came well prepared and provided me with a professionally prepared Market Analysis report. We met again on Day 3 and signed the Exclusive Seller Representation Agreement. Pictures were taken by a professional photographer right away. At the end of Day 3, a link to the listing was already set up That was how fast Tim moved things along. I highly recommend Tim to anyone.
