Tim was more than helpful in finding me an apartment in Calgary. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find me a great apartment that fit right into my price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. I would highly recommend him to whoever is looking to buy or sell a home.

Tim was truly exceptional ! We would rate him 11/10. Tim was strongly recommended by a collegue and we are extremely pleased with his service. His work ethic is incredible. He was dedicated and passionate in helping us quickly find a house, wasting no time due to time constraints. When we had the house inspected, he was there to see if everything was going well. There were minor things/details that needed to be fixed and he fixed some of them for us. Tim took care of everything. Before asking questions, he already has the answers.

We met Tim with no external references while interviewing several potential real estate agents and quickly we determined we wanted to work with Tim. Tim arrived at our house already having done a complete market analysis and was prepared to walk through several comparable properties to help us determine our market value. Tim’s outstanding marketing plan, including professional photos and video/drone shots certainly helped us sell on our first weekend for over asking price. Very responsive and provides honest opinions and feedback. If we weren’t moving out of province we would certainly work with Tim again!

Tim was very professional to deal with. He was very committed to keep us informed about the process, any communication requirements and dealing with buyers. His knowledge about our area was also advantageous. Also have to comment about the quality of pictures taken, along with drone pics, we think, were what helped our property sell so quickly.
