We were referred to Tim for our cross country move and from day one we felt like we were in good hands. The care Tim takes with his clients is next level - he told us repeatedly that he wanted to take more time with us to make sure we were seeing every inch of the properties he showed us. He was quick to communicate and gave great advice on regions of the city that were neighbourhood specific. This guy not only knows the communities inside and out but knew exactly where we would find what we wanted for our family. To say we are confident we made the right decision in a home and a place to raise our three young children is an understatement. Thanks Tim!
