Tim recently acted as our agent in the sale of our rental property. Tim's knowledge and expertise of selling a property that was occupied by a tenant was invaluable. Tim acted on our behalf with our tenant and arranged all viewings directly with the tenant. It was very hands off on our end, which we appreciated.
