<p>Susan is very easy to work with. She was available on short notice multiple times and was on time every time we had a meeting scheduled. I left negotiation skills at "Satisfactory" but I wish there was an N/A option as negotiation is not really applicable in Vancouver market today.</p>

<p>Susan, was very prompt and handled a lot of issues for us and coordinated very well with us, especially as we were out of town and making this transaction long distance. She ensured that all documents were in order and sent us a very clear and easy to follow steps to conclude the purchase of the property. We had bid on other properties as well with Susan, but unfortunately the market was crazy and we did not manage to secure the first ones but it allowed us to position well for the next property. I would highly recommend Susan for any potential buyer.</p>
