As a first time home buyer, working with Stephen and Faye was an amazing experience. They were both incredibly patient and professional throughout the whole process. Interestingly, he has formal training as a lawyer. Stephen has excellent research skills and the effectiveness of his negotiations strategy was spot on. As an out-of-town buyer/investor, I had to depend upon his expertise to make decisions. I was able to purchase a house with Stephen’s guidance without ever seeing the house in person! He was able to facilitate access to the house several times with a local contractor I knew prior to possession day so that I could quickly plan and complete some renovations prior to renting out the property.
