We enjoyed working with Stephen and Faye on the sale of our home, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent realtor. The first thing that impressed us was the thoroughness of their work, and the prompt replies to questions and messages. We met with other realtors to get market evaluations, and Stephen’s was by far more rigorous and thorough. It was complete with comparable listings & recent sales, and a spreadsheet explaining why our house was evaluated at that particular price. The listing materials were also top notch. It included professional pictures, a virtual tour and a cool drone video. These materials, combined with the strategic timing of the listing, and the open house (included music and lighting supplied by Stephen) helped drive a significant amount of traffic to the house resulting in multiple offers. Stephen’s approach is different from most other realtors. He has a system that attempts to create a common starting point for negotiations, which helps to speed up the sale of the property. This is accomplished by having a property appraisal and a home inspection report done before you list the property. We would use them again in the future.

Stephen helped me sell my townhouse property within 2 days of listing! What was most impressive was that he was able to trigger a multiple offer and got $5,000 over list price! The property was professionally marketed with high quality interior photos, aerial drone photos and video. Outstanding strategy lead to an offer $35,000 OVER list price! The entire home-selling process was systematic and explained to me clearly. The photos and video that Stephen's photographer made to promote my home were stunningly beautiful. He guided me to order a professional home inspection PRIOR to listing my home to ensure there were no surprises during the home selling process. As a result of doing a home inspection prior to listing, I did not have to reduce my price after the purchaser's own home inspection as everything was fully disclosed prior to negotiating the offer. No surprises. Setting an appropriate listing price with the support of a recommended appraisal led to a multiple-offer that resulted in a final selling price $35,000 over the original asking price. We even received a BACKUP OFFER! Having a backup offer in hand gave me the comfort that my home would sell without any uncertainty. The whole negotiation process was done expertly and I was very impressed how I received several offers within a day of putting my house on the market. Stephen's systematic home selling process made everything happen like clockwork. Stephen's legal background gave me the confidence that the outcome would happen exactly as he expected.
