We recently purchased a condo for our daughter, who studies at the University of Alberta, and had an excellent experience working with Faye and Stephen. We were initially referred to them by our bank mortgage specialist and, after doing some research and seeing their strong reviews, we decided to reach out. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and proactive. We had a great initial online meeting where they really took the time to understand our needs, budget, and preferred location. Since we were traveling from Calgary to Edmonton, they did an amazing job organizing everything for us. They lined up multiple showings in a very efficient schedule, including a unit that had just been listed the same morning we arrived. That level of dedication and attention made a big difference for us. In the end, we found the perfect condo that fits both our budget and the ideal location for our daughter.
