I bought a townhouse in Sherwood Park through Edmonton Home Pros several years ago and continue to be extremely pleased about the selection which I would have had no way to find without their excellent services. Faye is remarkable in her knowledge of the market and her skills at finding every possible option. She found me an end unit with an excellent view which Stephen and Faye showed to me along with several other options shortly after I came to them for Real Estate services. It was perfect for my needs at which point Stephen took over negotiations with the listing agent, advised me on an exact offer price and helped me close the deal quickly. When it was all said and done, it took less than a month.
