We had our first meeting with Stephen Lau & Faye Ren on March 10, 2024, and officially sold our house in Eagle Ridge a month later on April 11, 2024! Not only was this already record breaking, timing of the sale was totally unexpected! It was a pre-listing unconditional sale, with a substantial non-refundable deposit in place and possession date at our choosing! We ended up concurrently listing our house for sale and accepting the first and only offer on the same evening while we were out of town!! Stephen made sure everything was in place before we left the city! Through his contacts, we immediately completed home appraisal, inspection, property survey with all officially reports authorized in a couple of weeks. Faye handled all contacts with 3rd parties on our behalf, and arranged access to our property to ensure timely visits and official reporting. She was instrumental in our stress free experience especially when we were in and out of town on a regular basis. We ended up saving money on staging and advertising on MLS, as well as avoided the hassles of public showing and invasion of privacy. More importantly, they gave us the peace of mind as we navigate in this most stressful time. Bottomline is that we trusted both Stephen and Faye to help us through this very challenging milestone. They had many resources at a reasonable price at our disposal, including helping with major downsizing and packing within a few months time. It was a seamless process.
