We were planning to move out of province and needed to sell our home. With Stephen's guidance, we carefully prepared the house for listing. In a market where there weren't many market comparables similar to our own, Stephen's recommendation to do an independent appraisal helped to credibly establish a fair market value that everyone could stand behind. In addition, Stephen advised that we should do a home inspection of our house before listing the property for sale. With a month of preparation time, we were able to address deficiencies deemed necessary and stage the house ourselves. Stephen's marketing materials were excellent which included a drone video, virtual tour, and professional photography. Brilliant strategist! I was introduced to Stephen by one of my friends who purchased a house with him. I live outside Alberta and was looking to sell an investment property.
