Shenita was great! Knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Was a very smooth process. Went above and beyond and even gave me recommendations for cleaners, lawyers which was another stress removed.

I was out of the province recently and lost a friend. Her young daughter was struggling to manage the extreme responsibilities of the estate alone, and I wasn't able to help her. Having recently sold a house with Shenita during a difficult time, I was thankful for the empathy and asked if she could help my friend's daughter. She immediately went to visit her, advised her about legal and sale issues, and acted as a rock when I couldn't be there. She even had another realtor look out for her when she was on her own vacation. We are very thankful!
