Shenita did an excellent job advising on reasonable renovations and honest information about what was going on in the market. Her advice was timed perfectly for activity in the region given our need for a quick sale. Complicated sale as we were in a no-contact divorce with one party out of province. In addition, we ran into issues with the lawer. Shenita handled it all with such professionalism and empathy, saving the day when legal issues on our side almost lost the sale.
