Shenita is simply Supergirl! There were some very specific parameters I had for the house I wanted and she narrowed things down so that my visits from Yellowknife were productive and helped me get a better idea of what was available in my price range. Shenita had no trouble telling me to "walk away" from some properties I suggested looking at, which told me that she is not just interested in making a sale; she wanted to be sure that I would be happy with my purchase. She has a trained eye to look for important details when we visited properties. In addition, I made a new friend who is extremely familiar with Edmonton and the surrounding towns and even after I purchased a house she followed up with several phone calls and emails asking if there was anything I needed. Supergirl rules!

Shenita took a lot of time and care with helping our family purchase our new home. We were moving to Alberta from Ontario and it was a very intense time but Shenita took excellent care of us and helped us find a beautiful home for our young family!
