I was out of the province recently and lost a friend. Her young daughter was struggling to manage the extreme responsibilities of the estate alone, and I wasn't able to help her. Having recently sold a house with Shenita during a difficult time, I was thankful for the empathy and asked if she could help my friend's daughter. She immediately went to visit her, advised her about legal and sale issues, and acted as a rock when I couldn't be there. She even had another realtor look out for her when she was on her own vacation. We are very thankful!

Shenita did an excellent job advising on reasonable renovations and honest information about what was going on in the market. Her advice was timed perfectly for activity in the region given our need for a quick sale. Complicated sale as we were in a no-contact divorce with one party out of province. In addition, we ran into issues with the lawer. Shenita handled it all with such professionalism and empathy, saving the day when legal issues on our side almost lost the sale. She hand held all the parties to ensure that everything went through. Thank you so much Shenita!

Shenita was the perfect guide through a challenging time. Purging, fixing and selling the family home for my mother, who is in care, was an emotional rollercoaster and time bending feat while working full time. Shenita was instrumental in pointing out areas where attention was required in the house for a quick sale and areas where the money didn’t need to be spent. She was brave in the negotiations when the deal came in and the best price was accepted, she is much braver than I! I would recommend Shenita 100%.

This was my first time buying a home and Shenita was wonderful. She was patient with my asking the same questions multiple times. She helped me stay calm throughout the process. Shenita listened to my concerns and discussed solutions for them. I knew I could trust her knowledge of real estate and that she would help me to the best of her ability.
