Shenita helped my Fiance and I find our dream home in a short period of time and her negotiation skills helped us close with a favourable offer. She was extremely receptive to questions or concerns during the viewings and bidding and she has continued to communicate from the moment we went pending until after the "SOLD" sign went up. I would recommend Shenita to any potential buyer or seller in the area without hesitation, she is an incredible agent.

Excellent real estate agent. Very organized, personable, hard-working and pragmatic. Led us through every step and sold our property faster than expected. Only reason for 1/2 star for negotiation is because the realtor acted for both the buyer and seller and was therefore unable to aid with negotiation.
