Working with Shenita was a phenomenal experience - as a first-time home buyer, the process was foreign and intimidating but Shenita walked us through each step professionally and was friendly and encouraging throughout the entire process. Shenita's profound wealth of knowledge about the local real estate market, her stellar communication and her warm sense of humour turned what was initially a stressful experience into an incredibly rewarding venture. Shenita helped my Fiance and I find our dream home in a short period of time and her negotiation skills helped us close with a favourable offer. She was extremely receptive to questions or concerns during the viewings and bidding and she has continued to communicate from the moment we went pending until after the "SOLD" sign went up. Excellent real estate agent. Very organized, personable, hard-working and pragmatic. Led us through every step and sold our property faster than expected. Only reason for 1/2 star for negotiation is because the realtor acted for both the buyer and seller and was therefore unable to aid with negotiation.
