She communicated with both buyers, my husband and I, and made sure we were all on the same page. She provided great contacts (inspector, lawyer) to work with, I was very happy with their knowledge and service.<br /> Very personable and caring. Even after the transaction has been completed, she went on and above, showing true care for us.<br /> On possession date, the seller left many things on the site and left thw house in improper condition.<br /> Shenita helped immensily to solve this last item, on her own time.
