Shannon's consideration, respect and attention to detail impressed me. Further into my sale, his knowledge of the market was proven extraordinary, in my opinion. Coming through a very bare market nothing really selling in my area did not deter the spirit of a true professional like Shannon. He saw it as "the glass half full" and challenged every market advertising local, provincially and beyond. He had a remarkable strategy that only comes from a well seasoned salesperson. Nothing was missed in his communication to me 24/7 whether it was a call at 8am or 11pm every step of the way. I have bought many houses and land but never encountered the professionalism displayed by Shannon and his assistant Liza. They were available to answer a question or get back immediately. Every detail of the transaction was hugely important and made the sale an amazing work that came together without the usual stress. Shannons' experience in the past 30 years was evident as he also has shown such honesty and integrity at every turn. Having Shannon broker this sale "was an amazing ride" and it couldn't be duplicated by anyone.
