Shannon Simpson is the Real estate agent you need in your corner to make the right decision for you future home. He helped us with every step in our journey to purchase a new home. He was available to answer any questions no matter how redundant they might have been. Shannon is witty and has a good sense of humour which you really need at times during the process. A very nice person who genuinely cares for his clients and their best interest.

There is no ego involved - Shannon is genuinely concerned about his clients and what they need. We have dealt with other realtors who were more concerned about their commission or their need to self-aggrandize. Not so with Shannon. He was patient as we navigated through a tough and tight situation as we needed to be out of one house and into another in a short window. We felt safe with Shannon, knowing that he was on our side. He knew and understood the market, what the house we were offering on was really worth and we were able to negotiate a fair price in a crazy busy market. Shannon is a solid realtor: he knows and understands real estate. He is also an empathetic and honest man - integrity is very important and we found that in him.

I knew right away that Shannon was a very honest and productive person without a doubt. He reacts to conversation in every aspect to the best of his knowledge and has an insight on what is really important to his client needs. We were a complicated couple with profound needs and time management on our part would be the best for us both. Shannon tapped into those needs and understood that a sure fast sell for us would eliminate an over abundance of stress on us that we were going through at that time. He and his wife both have a genuine heart of gold and I would be happy to ask for their help if I ever buy again in the Okanagan. They would be my first choice.
