I knew right away that Shannon was a very honest and productive person without a doubt. He reacts to conversation in every aspect to the best of his knowledge and has an insight on what is really important to his client needs. We were a complicated couple with profound needs and time management on our part would be the best for us both. Shannon tapped into those needs and understood that a sure fast sell for us would eliminate an over abundance of stress on us that we were going through at that time. He and his wife both have a genuine heart of gold and I would be happy to ask for their help if I ever buy again in the Okanagan. They would be my first choice.

Shannon was exceptional as our realtor. He was there for us every step of the way. He knew everything about our property and if questions arose he wasn’t sure of he quickly researched and found the answers. We found Shannon very easy to deal with and we would highly recommend him if you’d looking for a real estate agent.
