We found Shannon the most professional and understanding realtor that I we have ever worked with. His attention to every detail about our home and the way he promoted it was beyond our expectations. I have not seen another Realtor that has done as much as Shannon. He was always very easy to deal with when making appointments to show our home. He was always prompt in getting back to us about every showing and explained what the clients liked or disliked about our home. I can not over emphasize that you could not go wrong in choosing Shannon as your Realtor for both selling and buying.

Shannon kept us informed every step of the selling process. He was calm when we got anxious about the sale. He did a market analysis and the advertising he did was unbelievable. We had 2 other realtors before him that did absolutely nothing, they wanted us to sell cheap so they could flip the place. We got the amount WE wanted for our home thanks to Shannon. Shannon was a breath of fresh air. Very very impressed with his selling skills. He contacted us to just touch base even. The photographer he has working for him took fabulous pictures of our home. Shannon also helped us to acquire our new residence and looked after that end of it also for us. We truly can't say enough about him. 200% We will recommend him to others.
