Over the past 25 years we have purchased and sold many residential properties. We have had some very impactful realtors and some lesser quality. Shannon Simpson is the best we have engaged with a strong work ethic, customer focused and very market aware. He was thorough and looked for innovative ways to bring buyers to our townhouse during a very slow period. On the buy side he suggested viewing a wide variety of homes and helped with our assessment. Real estate buying is not new for us. We used Shannon to buy a residential property in Penticton with an intention to convert a part of it as a rental property. It amazes me that Shannon did his due diligence so we can get instant equity out of the property. He's very organized, hardworking and a great communicator.
