Shannon is providing very capable, expert, complete and timely real estate services to us on a fairly complex purchase of a condo unit under construction which is very much appreciated. Also his relationship skills are very professional and helpful in getting things done with the developer of our new condo tower that is nearing completion under trying circumstances including covid 19 issues, supply chain issues etc.

Shannon displayed to us that he was willing to go the extra mile for his clients (us). His decisions showed us how trustworthy he was. He wanted to ensure that we were happy in our purchase. HIs thoughtful house warming gift was a bonus. He helped us zero in as to what we wanted in real estate as we were very scattered initially

We have bought and sold many homes over the years and our experience with Shannon and his team was extremely positive and far exceeded any experience we had in the previous 20 years. Not only was he knowledgeable about Penticton neighbourhoods he was also on top of the market trends at the time. We always felt like Shannon had our best interests at heart and cared about us and our needs.

Shannon came prepared with a report of relevant mobile home sales and listings. He knows the rules that affect mobile home sales in BC. Shannon gave me his opinions and also listened to mine. His wife Liza was a tremendous help as I worked to prepare my home for pictures and showings. Liza also worked with me to manage viewings when I needed to vacate. I am very happy with how my home sale went and the final outcome. I highly recommend Shannon and Liz's services, and actually already have.
