Shannon came prepared with a report of relevant mobile home sales and listings. He knows the rules that affect mobile home sales in BC. Shannon gave me his opinions and also listened to mine. His wife Liza was a tremendous help as I worked to prepare my home for pictures and showings. Liza also worked with me to manage viewings when I needed to vacate. I am very happy with how my home sale went and the final outcome. I highly recommend Shannon and Liz's services, and actually already have.

Shannon and his assistant Liza are a real estate dream team come true! They were both so helpful and thorough from the get-go. They are very responsive and go in to action quickly when needed. Their expertise and quick action landed us a great deal! Their negotiation and attention to detail were superb! I would not hesitate to recommended Shannon to my closest friends and family!

I was just travelling through Penticton when a certain condo became of interest to me. I called Shannon on a very short notice to ask to arrange a showing .He managed to do so and came well prepared to "show & tell" every detail the next day. He was very courteous and professional . Based on his knowledge of the Okanagan real estate market, we both concluded the price was right and an offer was made and accepted . He was also very thorough with the follow up work later. He did an amazing job at finding me a home, and made it an easy move from Port Coquitlam to Penticton.<br /> It's been a year and I'm moving again. Shannon and his team had my place up and listed in less then a week. They sold my place in 2 days! They also got me a lot more than I was asking!<br /> I'm very immpressed with how fast they made it happen and how professional they are.
