Shannon is a very professional and helpful realtor agent. First of all, he is always well prepared for the information on the properties of interest. He could provide information on the property, the neighbourhood, and the market with details. He is well connected to the South Okanagan region that he could always provide useful and helpful contacts for whatever a buyer might need. More importantly, he is approachable and accessible. He is willing to spend his time on weekends or Friday evenings for showings. He is very responsive to questions on texts, emails or calls. He is very hard working too. He once helped me with an offer decided on a Sunday night to be submitted in a time sensitive manner. My family is very grateful for his help and assistance and we finally found our dream house.
