<p>We absolutely loved working with Scot. We initially contacted him because a family friend told us about the great experience they had while searching for their perfect piece of property. Scot did not disappoint us! He was everything you'd want in a realtor: honest, hard working, extremely prompt with communication (email, phone calls, text), and very knowledgable with the market. Never once did we feel pressured. He was happy to take us out to MANY houses and was always prepared for each listing we visited. We ended up finding the right home for our family. The whole buying process went very smooth and once that was wrapped up we enlisted Scot again to sell our piece of bare country land. Before our listing hit the market Scot spent a few hours with us to learn about our land and the area so when it came time to answer questions from potential buyers he would be ready. We really appreciated this. Before we knew it our listing was active, the signs were up at the property, and we had an ad in a real estate magazine. Within one week we had an offer and the land sold. Scot was our representation as both buyers and sellers and we are so glad he was because both transactions were such a great experience. Thanks Scot!</p>
