<p>Scot was a pleasure to deal with during all aspects of the home buying process. He was very knowledgeable of the neighborhood and was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions as well as provide timely advice. When it came time to negotiate with the seller's agent, Scot was able to ensure that all of the conditions of the sale were met and my expectations were exceeded. Two and a half years since the purchase of my house I am still thrilled with the decision and thoroughly enjoy living in here. I would highly recommend Scot and fully intend to use him as an agent on future real-estate transactions.</p>

<p>Scott did such as fantastic job in finding the perfect house for us that 17 years later we are still in that same house. We thought so much of Scott then when our daughter was looking for her first house, their was only one realtor we thought she should use and that was Scott of course. She moved into a beautiful place in the fall and couldn't be happier!</p>
